Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the left’s latest poster child. She embodies the radical, left-wing ideas that have become mainstream among Democrats. The Democratic Socialist wants to tear down our way of life and establish an all-powerful government. She claims this will help us. But it looks like she and one of her buddies were helping themselves—to cold hard cash.

AOC made headlines last year when she defeated 10-term Joe Crowley in the primaries. Democrats across the country panicked, after this novice—and completely inexperienced—politician called for the abolition of ICE. Many other followed her lead.

Liberal media outlets praised AOC as the second coming of Bernie Sanders. The Democratic Socialist was calling for universal healthcare, paychecks for everyone, and a federal government so big it would block out the sun.

Naturally she won her deeply-liberal New York district. But now, after only a few months in Congress, AOC’s star is fading.

She’s been mocked over her Green New Deal, a terrible plan so bad few Democrats will touch it. The idiotic proposal was amateurish at best and proved she had no idea what she was talking about. Americans are beginning to realize this woman is more than just a con artist—she’s a total idiot.

But the worst is yet to come. Looks like, as she and her allies were conning PACS out of millions, they were funneling it to private companies!

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Saikat Chakrabarti, the progressive firebrand’s multimillionaire chief of staff, apparently violated campaign finance law by funneling nearly $1 million in contributions from political action committees Chakrabarti established to private companies that he also controlled, according to an explosive complaint filed Monday with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and obtained by Fox News…

Uh-oh. Darling AOC was taking in more money than was allowed by law and dumping it into Chakrabarti’s private companies?

For a woman that hates capitalism, she can run with the best of them—when it comes to stealing cash.

Chakrabarti transferred more than $885,000 in contributions to two LLCs—companies that are exempt from reporting all of their expenditures. According to the FEC, this was an extensive scheme to illegally dodge reporting of their finances.

When you look at this latest development, you can see what AOC’s ultimate goal was. She might not have thought she would win the election. With such radical ideas, perhaps few people would have been dumb enough to vote for her.

But with the help of Chakrabarti, she accrued a huge sum of cash hidden away in private businesses. Even if she lost, that money was still there.

It’s very possible she was exploiting politics and public office for a personal pay day. We shouldn’t be too shocked, though. Most Democrats have that in mind when they run for office.

AOC has pretended to be a champion of the people. Yet time and again we see a young woman who enjoys the finer things in life. Her staff spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in Uber rides, instead of talking the Subway. She spent millions on a new office in D.C., instead of keeping the one already available.

She has no experience in politics or private industry. It’s clear she doesn’t have a clue about how our economy works. Yet she has been propped up by the liberal media as the next Obama.

Now we see there are serious allegations about what her campaign was doing with millions.

I’m no expert, but I think I can safely say that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was only in this thing for the money.

So much for a Green New Deal.
