As more details come out over the Russian collusion hoax one thing is clear: Trump’s campaign was spied on. His opposition abused their power to try to stop Trump from winning the 2016 Election. President Trump called out those who spied on him, making this one vow.

For over two years, the Democrats have pushed the lie that Donald Trump worked with Russia to steal the 2016 Election. Anyone with half a brain knew it was a lie from the start. There has never been real evidence to even suggest Trump was working with a foreign power.

That didn’t stop former FBI director and top swamp dweller James Comey from starting an investigation. When he was fired, that case ended up in the hands of Robert Mueller. The media frequently pointed to Mueller’s agonizingly long case as “proof” Trump was a traitor and soon to be impeached.

Recently, Mueller’s final report came out, proving Trump did not colluded with Russia. Democrats, though are still pushing for something—anything—that might take Trump down. But the real crimes are coming to light and they have nothing to do with Trump’s team.

Attorney General Barr has appointed a man to investigate just what Obama’s FBI did during 2016. Turns out, they weren’t being very honest when they “investigated” Trump’s campaign. In fact, they were breaking the law when they sought warrants to spy on Trump’s staffers.

Now, Trump is calling out what his rivals tried to do to him—and he’s making a promise.

President Trump issued a grave warning Friday to those who allegedly “spied” on his 2016 campaign, calling their actions “treason” and saying “long jail sentences” are in order.

“My Campaign for President was conclusively spied on. Nothing like this has ever happened in American Politics. A really bad situation. TREASON means long jail sentences, and this was TREASON!” Trump tweeted.

Trump’s claim that the campaign was “conclusively” spied on follows Attorney General Bill Barr’s testimony that “spying did occur” against the Trump campaign in 2016…

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Barr had appointed John Durham, the U.S. attorney from Connecticut, to lead that investigation — to cover “all intelligence collection activities” related to the Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential election and any misconduct during the early stages of the FBI’s original Russia probe. Treason’s a strong word. But what else can you call what Obama and Clinton’s people did in 2016?

Clinton paid foreign agents to craft a fake dossier full of lies to slander Trump. That dossier found its way to Obama’s FBI, who used it as “evidence” to acquire a FISA warrant. That warrant was used to spy on at least one Trump campaign staffer. Obama violated American citizens’ Fourth Amendment rights—illegally—in the hopes of finding dirt on Trump.

And that’s just the stuff we know about!

Recently, we’ve learned that Obama’s FBI used that warrant to comb through Trump’s emails. They were seriously looking for anything they could leak to the press—in order kill Trump’s chances at winning.

Yet despite all their schemes, Donald Trump did win—thanks to the determination of the American people.

This wasn’t about stopping Russia from meddling in the election. We already know that Obama’s FBI was aware of Russian attempts to hack DNC emails—but did nothing about it. They were more concerned with spying on Trump’s campaign—over political motives—than stopping a real crime.

President Trump is truly convinced his campaign was spied on. Members of his staff—perhaps even he—were spied on by the government. He’s right in saying this has never happened in the history of American politics. Trump has promised long jail sentences for those who committed this treason.

The only thing we need to ask now is: who was ultimately responsible for these crimes and will they face the consequences of their actions?

I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
