For years, critics have accused major tech companies of using their power to silence conservatives. Sites like Google, Facebook, and Apple have blocked, ostracized, and outright banned anyone that leans too far right. Even President Trump has called out their bias. Now, Trump’s AG William Barr is looking into the matter. Serious steps might be taken.

It’s no secret that most of Silicon Valley is run by liberals. The vast majority of top executives and employees of your favorite websites are far-left Democrats, who hold to radical views. Their political views have eroded their ability to be objective when it comes to running their social networks and large online platforms. And they are targeting the free speech rights of Americans.

Since Donald Trump was elected, millions of Americans have seen their freedoms vanish online. Social media sites have been the worst. YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and many others are constantly attacking popular conservative figures and news site. Apple is responsible for removing popular apps from sites known to have a pro-Trump, conservative focus.

President Trump has called out Google for trying to manipulate search engine results to benefit liberals. And for Twitter for trying to suppress his own account.

“I tell you what, they should be sued, because what’s happening with the bias— and now you see it, with that executive yesterday from Google, the hatred for the Republicans. It’s not even like, ‘Gee, let’s lean Democrat.’ The hatred!

“These people are all Democrats. It’s totally biased towards Democrats. If I announce tomorrow that I’m going to become a nice liberal Democrat, I would pick up five times more followers. I was picking up a hundred thousand followers every few days, and all of a sudden — I’m much hotter now than I was a number of months ago, a number of months ago, then all of a sudden it stopped.” [Source: Daily Wire]

This has more to do than just trying to influence future elections (as bad as that is). Liberals in Silicon Valley want to rob Americans of their First Amendment rights. They accuse us of being racists and bigots, claiming we spread hate speech. All so they can justify banning, blocking, and silencing us online.

It violates our freedoms as Americans. And it has to stop.

President Trump’s Department of Justice is taking steps to look into what these tech companies are up to. A major antitrust investigation is underway, deciding if these companies are getting just too big.

After much criticism of the biggest technology firms, such as Google, Facebook, Apple and Amazon for alleged prevention of competition in their fields, the Justice Department has commenced a huge antitrust review.

According to reports, the DOJ will be examining how these tech companies have grown and just what they’re doing with their huge influence.

Already it seems they are discovering some ugly things. Because of how big and dominant these companies are, it eliminates the possibility for competition to exist. Without meaningful rivals in their fields, companies like Google or Facebook can do whatever they want. Censoring conservatives is easy, when nobody else is out there giving them a platform.

Sentiment is growing that the government should breakup major companies like Facebook. In the past, the government has broken up larger corporations who got too big—threatening the free market.

Today, tech companies that are too big represent a threat to our free speech and open access to information. They want to control what you see and who you connect with. Theses liberals want to decide who can even make a living off the Internet—based on their political views.

AG Barr plans to get to the bottom of what’s really going on in Silicon Valley. Don’t be surprised if we discover Google and the others have been doing all kinds of things to limit your freedoms online.

In a short while, these tech “giants” might be cut down to size.
