After years of debate, the immigration “policy” set by Obama is finally reaching the Supreme Court. The highest court in the land will decide if DACA is legal—and what will happen to over 600,000 illegals living in the U.S. President Trump called out the Dems Twitter, making a promise if the Supreme Court gives a ruling.

It’s been a long time since the media has talked about DACA. The truth is, the left doesn’t really care about this 660,000 illegal immigrants who came to America as children. The policy—which was never passed by Congress—allowed these people to stay. A better way to put it: Obama just deferred their deportations to a later date.

President Trump has called on Congress numerous times to craft legislation that address DACA for good. Trump has made it clear that he isn’t interested in deporting hard-working, decent people. Yet Democrats in Congress have refused him every time.

It’s as if they don’t want to help people in need—only obstruct progress!

DACA is set to finally reach the Supreme Court. Their decision might invalidate Obama’s out-dated and faulty policy. It would mean that 660,000 people would be forced to leave the United States with no alternative.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday is set to take up the Trump administration’s plan to end protections that shield about 660,000 immigrants from deportation, and legal experts say all eyes will be on the likely tie-breaker Chief Justice John Roberts.

Created under an Obama-era executive order, DACA gives some undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children the chance to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and become eligible for a work permit…

The Supreme Court might rule in favor of DACA, but that only means these illegals would still be in limbo. They wouldn’t get to stay here legally, nor would they become citizens. But if the SCOTUS overruled DACA, it would give the president and Congress a chance to craft a permanent solution.

President Trump has long championed a merit-based immigrant process. That means immigrants would have to prove they can work hard and contribute to this country. Democrats want immigrants who will become a burden to our welfare systems. They don’t want people who would make America better.

Which is exactly why so many criminals and freeloaders flood the border every year.

President Trump took to Twitter to make a promise over the DACA decision.

Many of the people in DACA, no longer very young, are far from “angels.” Some are very tough, hardened criminals. President Obama said he had no legal right to sign order, but would anyway. If Supreme Court remedies with overturn, a deal will be made with Dems for them to stay! [Source: Twitter]

As usual, Trump doesn’t sugar-coat the facts. Many DACA recipients are the same criminals that endanger American lives. The same that would not be here if we had a border wall.

But he also promises that if the Supreme Court ends DACA, it will mean a better deal that can help some illegals stay.

How? If Congress actually wakes up and does their job, they can cooperate with the Trump administration and come up with a merit-based system.

If these DACA recipients want to stay in the U.S., wouldn’t the be willing to follow new rules to prove their ability to work? If they are simply here for free government benefits, maybe they shouldn’t stay?

Democrats are terrified of this. That’s why they’ve refused to work with Trump over this issue for the last three years. They are content to keep DACA recipients stuck in this limbo, ever afraid of getting deported.

But if the SCOTUS ends DACA, they’ll have no choice. Democrats will be forced to come up with a solution, or all those people will be deported. Are Democrats so selfish and Trump-hating that they’d let so many people down?

I guess we’ll find out.
