With the 2020 Election just around the corner, Democrats are scrambling to retake the White House. But much more is at stake. Nancy Pelosi’s majority in the House is slim. Just a small push from the GOP could strip it from her. And House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy just announced some bad news for Democrats.
We all know that this impeachment farce is about the upcoming election. Democrats don’t have the votes to remove Trump from office. They are dragging out this impeachment, hoping it will leave a black mark on Trump’s reputation. That doesn’t seem to be happening, as his approval ratings continue to be high—and he’s raised record-setting numbers since impeachment started.
Clearly, the American people are not behind the Democrats’ pathetic attempt to steal back the White House. They have the weakest primary lineup we’ve ever seen. Donald Trump will be going up against either Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, or Elizabeth Warren.
Want to predict how that will go?
But there’s plenty of other elections happening this November. Republicans must hold onto the Senate and retake the House—if Trump’s going to have enough support to finish his job. Pelosi got back the House in 2018, but signs are pointing to a quick flip. All thanks to a man named Kevin McCarthy.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) set an all-time annual fundraising record for any Republican in 2019, blowing past a previous record set by former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) in 2017 by $8 million…
Trump told Breitbart News that this record proves McCarthy will make a strong speaker of the House, and that Republicans need to retake the majority this year to make that happen…
Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-GA), who oversaw his own GOP resurgence in 1994 when Republicans took back the House majority in the midterm elections in Democrat President Bill Clinton’s first term, told Breitbart News he believes the Republicans will retake the House majority in 2020. The Republican leader in the House raised a record-breaking amount of money in 2019. He blasted former Speaker Paul Ryan’s figures from 2017. In total, McCarthy raised $53.35 million.
You have to understand how significant this is. Ryan raised $44 million, as Speaker of the House. He was able to raise a ton of money, because Republicans controlled the House. But McCarthy has been able to muster up incredible support, as the minority leader. He is mounting a serious campaign to retake the House, just two years after the left flipped it.
McCarthy has promised to “compete for every seat, in every district.” We’ve seen a record number of young candidates file for hundreds of House seats. More Republicans are running to take back districts than we’ve ever seen.
Add to that the circumstances going into 2020. The Democrats have done nothing with their House majority. Since 2018, they’ve only managed to impeach Donald Trump. Many of them “promised” to work with Trump. Did we see anything remotely close to that? Nope!
Americans watched the left push an illegitimate attempt to remove the duly-elected president from office. Meanwhile, Donald Trump (with support from the GOP) has continued to secure America’s success. Just recently, he sealed the USCMA trade deal and the Phase One deal with China. Milestones experts said couldn’t be done.
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg of his accomplishments.
More than thirty Democrats from Trump-loving districts voted against him during impeachment. The rest of the party has done nothing to help Americans in any way. Over the last few years, we’ve seen them lie, complain, attack, and block Trump’s progress.
If you want to see what liberals think of Americans, just watch this CNN clip. They hate us, our prosperity, and our values.
Meanwhile, the GOP under Trump is working against the tide of liberal elitism to turn America around. And America is responding.
McCarthy has brought in more funds than any other Republican House leader. He’s recruiting the best and the brightest to compete for House seats.
Something tells me 2020 will not go as well as the left planned.
