It’s election time, so you know what that means: the media is pushing yet another Russian hoax. Last time, they claimed that Donald Trump worked with Russia to steal the 2016 Election. That was proven to be a lie. Now, because one official overstated her claims, the media had a field day. But they are forced to eat humble pie.

I don’t know what it is about the left and Russia. The old crows that run the media must think we’re still living in the Cold War. Once upon a time, you could get Americans whipped up into a frenzy by just mentioning the word “Russa.” But the media, following Hillary Clinton’s cue, still thinks that’ll work.

They pushed the lie after the 2016 Election that Trump only won because of help from Russia. That narrative originated in the bogus dossier Clinton created to frame Trump. It led to a 3-year long investigation, where in the end, Trump’s name was cleared.

But it must be election time again, because the media is talking about Russia. Hey, we get it, Russia is no ally. And it’s true there are some over there that would like to interfere with our elections. But there is no evidence Putin or the Russian government have a personal desire to see Trump win. Especially after how hard he’s been on their country.

The media have ignored this and distorted a recent report from an official. Now, that official’s overstated comments have put her in the hot seat.

Contrary to numerous recent media reports, there is no evidence to suggest that Russia is making a specific “play” to boost President Trump’s reelection bid, a U.S. intelligence official told Fox News on Sunday.

In addition, top U.S. election official Shelby Pierson, who briefed Congress on Russian election interference efforts, may have overstated intelligence regarding the issue when speaking to the House Intelligence Committee earlier this month, the source added…

Pierson “has a reputation for being injudicious with her words and not appreciating the delicate work of corralling federal agencies, technology firms and state election officials to collaborate on election security.”

… Democrats pressed Pierson on whether Russia was trying to help Trump, and accurate context or perspective to her responses failed to emerge. [Source: Fox News]

I know someone that’s going to get fired! Apparently, this Shelby Pierson person gave an update on election security before the House. Naturally, hacks like Adam Schiff and other Democrats wanted Pierson to say that Russia was helping Donald Trump. This official, who has a reputation for having lack of judgement, gave these Democrats what they wanted.

Which is why both the New York Times and CNN had a “leaked” story about Russia trying to interfere once again. Despite evidence to back it up.

Damn, does every government official lack judgement? Alex Vindman was fired because of his history of being an idiot. Now, another official (responsible for protecting our elections) is throwing unsubstantiated comments around, just to please the Democrats.

Does Russia want Trump to win? I doubt it. The president has taken strong measures against the rogue country. He’s opposed Russia’s attempt to build a pipeline into Germany, worked to stop them from sending arms to Ukraine, and accused Russia of breaking key treaties, just to name a few.

President Trump has put Americans first, ahead of foreign interests, nations, and powers. We’ve never seen him do anything to suggest he’s bowing to the Kremlin. Yet deranged Democrats—from all corners of the country—keep harping on the Russia drum.

If they were smart, they’d be more worried about their own party, where a real communist just might take the nomination.

But they’re not smart. The Democrats have no real game plan for the 2020 Election. All they know how to do is sling mud at Trump about Russia. But that’s already failed once before. Is anyone in America willing to believe them again?

Something tells me… no.
