Joe Biden beat Bernie Sanders in South Carolina to scoop up more delegates. This win has given the flailing candidate a boost. Now, with key rivals dropping out of the race, Biden might have a chance. But he’s not helping himself one bit. And his latest gaffe has plenty of people shocked and worried.

Oh, boy. Yet another Joe Biden gaffe. It was all kind of charming during the Obama years. As VP, Joe would say something incredibly stupid or confusing. We’d all laugh—then move on. But now the old guy wants to be President of the United States. And the gaffes continue. In fact, they are getting much, much worse.

Throughout his campaign, Joe Biden has exhibited confusion and incoherence. He frequently mixes up what city or state he’s in. At one point he said he was running for Senate, not the White House. We all remember his “smart kids” gaffe, when he insulted non-white children. Or his bizarre story about “Cornpop.” The list just keeps going.

These aren’t just flubbed lines—which would be bad enough. A candidate for president should be poised and practiced. He should know what he is going to say backwards and forwards. An occasional mistake is fine. But Joe can’t seem to even put words together into basic sentences. This should have everyone worried.

These aren’t just simple verbal mistakes. They seem to be evidence of a man whose mind is slipping away.

Perhaps his worst gaffe came just the other day. Fired up by his minor South Carolina win, Joe seems to think he has the nomination all wrapped up. He spoke to a crowd with what he hoped were inspiring words. But they didn’t turn out that way.

Former Vice President Joe Biden on Monday botched a quote from the Declaration of Independence during a speech in Texas.

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, all men and women are created by, go, you know, you know the thing,” he said, struggling to remember the words of the famous clause from the Declaration of Independence.

The embarrassing video was quickly clipped and shared by Republican operatives on Twitter…

In the same speech, Biden asked voters to show up big for him on “Super Thursday.”

“Look. Tomorrow’s Super Thursday,” he said, before correcting himself. “…Tuesday,” he continued as the crowd chuckled.

“I want to thank you all, I tell you what, I’m rushing ahead, aren’t I?” he admitted. [Source: Breitbart]

Dammit, dude. Can’t you get through once speech without messing up? You want to be President of the United States, but you can’t even talk? How is it going to look if President Biden is speaking to foreign leaders going, “We want to negotiate a new… you know, the thing!”?

Imagine his State of the Union addresses. “The state of our union is, you know, the thing…”

In fact, you can’t even call this one a gaffe. A gaffe is simply stumbling over a word. Perhaps mispronouncing something in a very long, complicated speech. A gaffe is forgivable. This man couldn’t remember “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” That’s not a complicated line. It’s actually a very famous line, that every politician should know by heart.

But Biden couldn’t even spit it out during a “rousing” speech among his supporters. They all should be worried, right now.

So far, in the last few elections, Democrats have put up some puny candidates. Hillary Clinton was so weak, she kept falling over. Bernie Sanders had a heart attack just a few months ago. Now it seems Joe Biden’s mind is rapidly deteriorating.

Can’t they find one person not falling part? Why do they keep pushing these decrepit dinosaurs?

Do you really think Joe Biden will be able to hold his own against Donald Trump? Do you think this gaffe-making old man has what it takes to debate the master himself?

Something tells me… no, not at all.
