White House press secretary Jen Psaki was forced to do what she does best: backtrack.
After Joe Biden described the current nightmare on the border as a “crisis,” Psaki was quick to walk it back, arguing the situation on the Southern border is not a crisis, despite the President’s words.
“There is no change in position.”
“The president does not feel that children coming to our border seeking refuge from violence, economic hardships, and other dire circumstances is not a crisis.”
Psaki proving yet again the White House is completely out of synch with the man “leading” it.
Biden spoke to reporters about the crisis this weekend, revealing he was considering a cap on refugees as a response to the spike in border crossings.
“The problem was that the refugee part was working on the crisis that ended up on the border with young people,”
The crisis, Psaki deflected, is in the Central Americans countries, where illegal immigrants are escaping poverty, drug violence, sex crimes, and other dire circumstances.
Psaki very cleverly brandishing the Democrats’ weapon of exploiting the unfortunate circumstances of an impoverished nation to justify their Anti-American political agenda. Psaki is able to distract from the crisis at hand by focusing on the poor Central Americans who so desperately need our help, despite the dire situations many Americans find themselves in.
Psaki also revealed the Biden Administration’s plan to fight the real “crisis” in Central America: CLIMATE CHANGE.
“Engaging Central American countries, countries in South America many other countries around the world in climate crisis is certainly our objective and our plan,” she said.
Many in the Biden administration have argued that climate change is the root cause of many natural disasters which cause total devastation in Central American countries, resulting in mass immigration to the U.S.
