Has there been a more heinous lie to come out of last year than the “peaceful protestors” one? Well, that’s a pretty tough competition, given just how much the liberal media (and Democrats) lied in 2020. But one of the worst—and most blatant—lies spread by the left was that rioters, looters, and killers—who burned down cities—were peaceful protestors.
I mean, we literally watched them burn churches and courthouses. Yet, in true 1984 fashion, the left kept chanting “peaceful protester.” It seems they believed if they kept saying the lie, we’d be forced to believe it.
Only a deeply deluded liberal could believe that Antifa, BLM, and other people trying to destroy our county were peaceful. That’s especially true for the criminals who tried to burn down a historic church in D.C. The rioting became so bad, that police had to employ tear gas and other measures, just to restore some peace. But Democrats claimed “peaceful protesters” were ruthlessly assaulted, just so Trump could visit St. John’s church. They spread that lie endlessly, with no regard for the truth.
Now, an Inspector General’s report has set the record straight.
The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Inspector General debunked claims made by then-Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden, his eventual running mate Kamala Harris, and left-wing media last year about federal law enforcement’s response to a violent riot in Washington, D.C., by far-left activists…
“The evidence we reviewed showed that the USPP cleared the park to allow a contractor to safely install antiscale fencing in response to destruction of Federal property and injury to officers that occurred on May 30 and May 31. Moreover, the evidence established that relevant USPP officials had made those decisions and had begun implementing the operational plan several hours before they knew of a potential Presidential visit to the park.” [Source: Daily Wire]
It’s bad enough that corrupt Democrats celebrate and protect criminals, calling them “peaceful protesters.” But to lie and say that police wrongfully cleared them away for a Trump photo-op is equally heinous and pathetic.
Democrats lie so much, it’s rare to hear them say anything truthful. They are so deadly afraid of Trump, now more than ever, that they’d claim anything to discredit him.
They have tarnished their reputations with their constant shilling of false narratives. Early on, reports clearly stated that police cleared the rioters away to install security fencing—because of the violent rioting.
Yet Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and liberal hacks spread the lie that they did it so Trump could have a photo-op outside the church. It was a total fabrication, yet nobody is being held accountable.
In the past, leaders were confronted if and when they were caught in a lie. Will anyone challenge Biden, Harris, or the liberal media for spreading this lie? Will anyone demand Joe apologize or retract this statement?
Of course not. Democrats are hurtling toward hell in a hand basket. They are all committed to spreading as much deception as possible. Nobody in the MSM is willing to expose Biden’s dishonesty, because they are right alongside him doing the same.
It’s up to the American people to hold them accountable. And we will, come 2022.
