Psaki Tries To Blame Biden’s Crisis On Trump – But No One Is Buying It

Since January, our Southern border has been under siege. Media coverage has ebbed and flowed, but the facts remain the same. Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens have entered our country every month. The situation is unsustainable. Yet the Biden administration does virtually nothing.

The country was shocked when they learned about the most recent chapter of this ongoing insanity. Over 15,000 Haitian migrants illegally crossed into the country and have been camped out under a bridge. They expected to be picked up by the government and welcomed into the country. This embarrassing development forced the Biden administration to act.

Of course, they botched it. Now, they are trying to blame the current crisis on Trump.

The White House argued Thursday that former President Donald Trump was to blame for the Haitian migrant crisis taking place on the Southern border…

“We could not see it as any more different from the policy of the prior administration, which the president feels, we all feel was inhuman, immoral, ineffective, wasn’t operationally working,” [White House press secretary Jen Psaki] replied. “And because of the dysfunction of it, we are dealing with the very broken system that we’re dealing with today.” [Source: Breitbart]

A complete and utter lie and Psaki knows it. Our Southern border has been treated like a revolving door by illegals for decades. Previous administration, including Clinton and Bush, did little to curtail it. The only administration that took reasonable steps to secure the border (and protect illegals in the process) was Trump’s. Biden removing Trump policies has not only endangered American lives, but the millions who are trying to enter the country.

Biden removing Trump policies has not only endangered American lives, but the millions who are trying to enter the country.

Psaki is making this bogus claim after Biden failed, once again, in this latest chapter of the crisis. As it turns out, the administration has managed to only deport 1,401 of the Haitian migrants living under the bridge. Around 3,000 more have been taken in by CBP—meaning they are still in the United States (possibly released into the country).

That means there are about 11,000 migrants still living under the bridge or perhaps unaccounted for. Who knows where they’ll end up? The longer the Biden administration takes to deal with this crisis, the more likely these migrants will end up slipping into the country.

The only move Biden has at this point (because he refuses to do his job) is blame Trump. But nobody’s buying it. Trump had an effective, America-first approach to the border. He kept illegal aliens out, while ensuring asylum seekers were treated with dignity and respect (unlike Obama and Biden). Claims that he was “inhuman” or “immoral” are made up fictions by partisan forces that are now deliberately destroying our border.

Just take a look at the footage of children in Biden’s cages, Haitians living under a bridge, or crowded detention facilities. Does any of that look “humane” to you?
