Democrats are melting down like pathetic babies over the news that the Supreme Court might overturn Roe v. Wade. But what escapes their notice (conveniently) is the fact that this news came out, thanks to a leaked draft opinion.
Chief Justice Roberts released a statement, condemning the move. He accused the leaker of trying to undermine the integrity of the court. Something like this has never happened before. And many assume it is a violation of the law. Democrats don’t seem to care.
But numerous conservatives are demanding a federal investigation.
Conservatives angrily called for an immediate investigation into the leak of the Supreme Court‘s draft decision purportedly overturning Roe v Wade, accusing left-wing operatives of pre-empting the decision in an unprecedented breach of the high court’s protocols…
“Conservative justices will have their lives and the lives of their families threatened,” tweeted podcaster Allie Beth Stuckey. “The person who leaked this knows that.” […]
“This leak has to come from a clerk or Justice themselves,” a clerk told Washington-based podcaster Benny Johnson. “It is intended to blow up the court. Criminal investigation needs to happen now.” [Source: Daily Wire]
Top Republican leaders in Congress, including Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell, have also called for investigations. McConnell strongly condemned the leak, saying the guilty person should be “punished to the fullest extent possible.”
Those are strong words. And for good reason. This is more than just a casual leak. This was a deliberate attempt to undermine the court’s process in determining a case. And not just any case, one of the most important cases to cross its bench in over 50 years.
This leaker knew what he was doing. This was an attempt to rile up Democrats. So that many of them, including the unhinged lunatics on Twitter, would threaten and intimidate the justices. All so they would be too scared to come out against Roe.
That is a gross violation of our court system, which one expert called a “sin.” That a Democrat thought he could manipulate the Supreme Court, all to protect a heinous and barbaric act like abortion is truly despicable.
This is a party that pretends to take the high road. That parades around like our society’s righteous and noble, over its support for the rights of illegal aliens and drag queens. Yet they are willing to destroy the very fabric of our government, to protect the murder of unborn children.
There aren’t words to describe how desperate, pathetic, and evil this party has become.
And if there isn’t a federal investigation against this act, our system is truly broken.
