Judge Rules Against First Amendment Rights For Children

Your children’s awakened brainwashing won’t end. One excellent alternative is homeschooling.

A California court ruled that it is OK to discipline a seven-year-old schoolgirl for being “racist.”

How did the little bigot behave? The British news organization deemed her addition of two “inclusionary” phrases to a BLM painting featuring drawings of her diverse group of friends too offensive to tweet.

The offensive phrase is “any life.”

After learning about Martin Luther King Jr., the young Falangist—who the court called B.B.—drew the image and sent it to a buddy who is brown. The child sketched four faces, representing her varied group of pals, in different tones ranging from beige to brown.

When the buddy took the photo home, her mother felt “offended.” She got in touch with the school and made demands.

Jesus Becerra, the principal, did not hesitate to discipline the disgusting Nazi. He told the little child that her drawing was offensive and racist.

The little child had to apologize in front of her peers and instructors on a playground. The Capistrano Unified School District is facing legal action from the girl’s family due to the district’s decision to prohibit her from drawing pictures and to ban her from recess for two weeks.

The judge acknowledged that the artist’s intentions were pure, but woke culture is a farce, and commies will stop at nothing to punish and degrade anybody who doesn’t conform—especially children who are particularly susceptible to brainwashing.

Judge David Carter of the United States Central District Court determined that the sentence was appropriate and reasonable because the little Mosleyite was “too young to enjoy First Amendment rights.”

“I was furious right away, not knowing what had happened, but I felt it was fundamentally wrong,” Chelsea Boyle, B.B.’s girlfriend, stated to Fox News. “I only recently learned about forced speech after the violation of my daughter’s rights.” I had no idea what it was until I had conversations with lawyers.”

An Appeals Court will hear the dispute, which has been ongoing for around three years.

Until another parent informed her, that almost a year after the wake-up nonsense occurred, B.B.’s mother was unaware that the punishment had occurred.

“Ms. Boyle’s daughter uses painting as her primary emotional release since she has ADHD,” Boyle family attorney Alexander Haberbush stated to the media following the lawsuit’s filing. “For what reason has the school taken that away from her? She dared to show children of various colors working together, all the while proclaiming that “black lives matter” and “any life counts.”

The two young ladies remain pals.

When judges, educators, and woke parents band together to inflict “woke” stereotypes on young children, it’s important to think about your alternatives for their education.

This is an opportune moment to remind you that California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) just passed legislation exempting schools from having to get in touch with parents in the event that a student decides he wants to sever his penis because he believes he is a female that day.
