DOGE Bombshell Drops – Social Security Hit Hard

DOGE Bombshell Drops – Social Security Hit Hard

It turns out when you put Elon Musk and President Donald Trump on the same mission to clean up government waste, you get results that even the swamp didn’t see coming.

This week, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) — the Trump administration’s bold answer to decades of bloated bureaucracy — revealed a jaw-dropping update: nearly 11 million ghost records at the Social Security Administration (SSA) have finally been marked “deceased.” Yes, you read that right — 11 million supposed Americans, many allegedly over 140 years old, who had somehow lingered in the system.

“For the past 7 weeks, @SocialSecurity has been executing a major cleanup of their records,” DOGE posted triumphantly on X. “Approximately 11 million numberholders, all listed age 120+, have now been marked deceased.”

This is exactly the kind of real reform Trump promised in 2016, and he’s delivering in 2025. While the Biden administration spent four years protecting its bureaucratic fiefdoms, President Trump and Elon Musk are actually draining the swamp — one 369-year-old vampire at a time.

The numbers are staggering. DOGE reports cleaning up:

2.7 million records of people supposedly aged 120–129

3.4 million listed as aged 130–139

Another 4.4 million who were allegedly 140+ years old

One record even showed an individual between 360 and 369 years old. Musk joked, “Maybe Twilight is real and there are a lot of vampires collecting Social Security.”

Musk first blew the whistle on the mess back in February, posting spreadsheets exposing that millions of Social Security numbers were still “alive” — even though basic biology suggests otherwise.

Of course, the liberal media scrambled to defend the SSA’s incompetence. They rushed out statements claiming that most of these dead people weren’t actively collecting benefits. But that’s hardly the point. A government that can’t tell who’s dead or alive has no business handling your retirement, your healthcare, or anything else.

As usual, the Trump administration is doing the hard work the Left refuses to do: facing reality and cleaning up decades of corruption, waste, and fraud. Musk, working hand-in-hand with Secretary Linda McMahon and other DOGE officials, has turned a national embarrassment into a victory for taxpayers.

The truth is that even if these 11 million ghost records weren’t all actively collecting benefits, they still created massive vulnerabilities — openings for fraud, identity theft, and taxpayer waste. And under Joe Biden, the government didn’t lift a finger to fix it.

Only under President Trump’s leadership — with fearless outsiders like Musk taking the reins — is America finally getting the accountability we deserve.

And the job isn’t finished yet. DOGE reports they have about 1.4 million more suspicious records left to inspect, and expect to finish within the next two weeks. That deadline lines up with Musk’s planned transition out of his intensive daily work at DOGE — a move announced this week on Tesla’s earnings call.

Musk’s patriotism has come at a personal cost. Tesla’s profits are down, and Musk has admitted the protests, vandalism, and endless left-wing harassment aimed at him have taken a toll. But like Trump, Musk isn’t backing down from the fight. Instead, he’s delivering results.

This is the kind of energy and efficiency Americans voted for — and this cleanup is just the beginning. When Trump says he’s draining the swamp, he means it.

Meanwhile, Democrats are left sputtering, exposed once again as the party of bloated bureaucracies, fake outrage, and deadbeat databases.

The Trump-Musk alliance is showing the world how you take a failing, outdated government system — and turn it around through bold leadership, private-sector genius, and relentless common sense.

The American taxpayer wins. The swamp loses. Again.
