Republican candidate for Ohio Attorney General, Keith Faber, responded quickly and forcefully. He said what every sane person was already thinking: “That kind of vile comment makes it clear that Elliot Forhan is not qualified to be attorney general.” Faber is right. Someone who talks about killing the President of the United States—whether they mean it literally or legally—has no business being in charge of law and order.

F**k Charlie Kirk.” That’s not just heartless. That’s sick. While most Americans were mourning the loss of a patriot, Forhan was celebrating it. On top of all this, Forhan has also faced serious allegations of abusive behavior. Reports say he was stripped of his legislative privileges and committee assignments while serving in the Ohio General Assembly.
