Sebastian Gorka just revealed Trump secret weapon to crush the Dems in 2020 and it is impressive.

Specifically, Gorka issued a full list of President Trump’s accomplishments in half a term and it is lights out for the left.

Look, you may not like Trump, you may find some things about his behavior annoying and wish for a more traditional President, but you cannot argue with the results.

In fact, history has shown us time and again that Americans vote with the economy and they will cross the aisle to vote for the other side if the economy is good.

Joy Behar, who somehow still has a show on a major network, went into full Trump and Trump supporter bashing mode today.

Thankfully, Dan Crenshaw was on set to shut her down. Look, Trump ran on having better relations with Russia, many forget that, and it may be impossible. It may be that Putin is a thug and Trump will get nowhere.

But it is Trump’s job to try. Trump has cracked down harder than Obama by giving Ukraine the lethal weapons Obama would not, and he has kept and increased sanctions.

But he plays nice in public because what is the other option? Insult Putin? Trump is playing the long game and offering Putin a few carrots as well as showing him a big stick.

From Fox News: “The View” co-host Joy Behar said on Monday that Republicans who support President Trump should take off “those flag pins” because the president’s behavior regarding Russian meddling is “unpatriotic.”

Behar was speaking with Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, who explained that he doesn’t necessarily support Trump’s “character flaws” and reminded viewers that he has personally called for civility in the past. But the anti-Trump daytime talk show star declared that Trump’s issues go beyond insulting rivals.

“It isn’t just that. Let’s talk about, you know, the fact that he met with Putin for 90 minutes… and never once brought up the fact that Russia, Russia interfered in our election,” Behar said. “And he never brought it up. How is it that the Republican Party, your colleagues, can stand by this man when he is involved in this way with Russia?”

Behar continued: “I said last week I don’t want to see any of those flag pins anymore on Republicans who don’t stand up against this guy for Russian meddling, and other things that he’s done. It seems as though he’s unpatriotic. What do you say to that?”

Crenshaw told Behar she was “overstating it” and said the specific conversation was regarding Venezuela.

“I will give you this. The president has a bad habit of repeating what Putin says to the public,” Crenshaw conceded. “He shouldn’t do that. But he also has a pretty good habit of taking actions and putting policies in place that are vehemently counter-Russia.”

Lindsey Graham just disarmed Nancy Pelosi – he took her best weapon in the coming impeachment battle with Trump right out of the Democrat’s hands.

Look, Trump has been criminally cleared of all charges, but politically he has not. The Democrats would be wise to learn from history and avoid a losing impeachment effort.

But the left smells blood in the water and think they have a winning argument: just because Trump’s team did not follow through because they knew Trump was just venting, Trump is not in the clear.

In other words, thought crimes and now a thing in Washington and we have entered a dystopian novel. Enter Lindsey to bring everyone back to reality.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said Sunday that he doesn’t care if President Trump told former White House counsel Don McGahn to fire special counsel Robert Mueller.

“I don’t care what they talked about. He didn’t do anything. The point is the president did not impede Mueller from doing his investigation,” Graham said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation” when host Margaret Brennan noted that, according to the special counsel’s report, Trump in 2017 ordered McGahn to fire Mueller.

“I don’t care what happened between him and Don McGahn,” Graham continued. “Here’s what I care about: Was Mueller allowed to do his job? And the answer is yes.”

A redacted version of Mueller’s report, released earlier this month, detailed several episodes in which Trump potentially obstructed justice during Mueller’s investigation into Russia’s election interference.

The report states that McGahn refused when Trump ordered him to fire Mueller and that McGahn decided “he would resign rather than trigger what he regarded as a potential Saturday Night Massacre.”

Trump last week denied ordering McGahn to fire Mueller, saying that if he wanted to fire the special counsel, he would have done so himself.

“As has been incorrectly reported by the Fake News Media, I never told then White House Counsel Don McGahn to fire Robert Mueller, even though I had the legal right to do so,” Trump tweeted. “If I wanted to fire Mueller, I didn’t need McGahn to do it, I could have done it myself.”

White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney just made his move to checkmate Nancy Pelosi and end the unprecedented presidential harassment of Donald Trump.

The Democrats have come up empty with multiple attempts to overturn the last election and now seem ready to go over the cliff with new ones that will anger the American people.

Look, we don’t use government institutions to attack our political opponents and if we start, we may never be able to turn back the clock.

From Fox News: Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney told “Fox News Sunday” in an exclusive interview that Democrats will “never” see President Trump’s tax returns, days after a House Democrat committee chairman made the unprecedented demand that the IRS provide the documents.

Mulvaney’s comments marked an apparent escalation in the White House’s rhetoric on the issue. On Wednesday, Trump responded with a dismissive taunt to Democrats’ renewed push for his tax information, but suggested he might be willing to provide the information pending the conclusion of an audit.

“Oh no, never — nor should they,” Mulvaney told Bill Hemmer, who is filling in for host Chris Wallace, when asked if Democrats will ever see the president’s tax returns. “That’s an issue that was already litigated during the election. Voters knew the president could have given his tax returns. They knew that he didn’t and they elected him anyway.”

Mulvaney added that Democrats “know” they won’t get the returns, and “just want attention on the issue because they don’t want to talk to us about policy.” A “fundamental” purpose of tax law, Mulvaney continued, is to protect the privacy of tax filers.

“If they don’t get what they want in the Mueller report, they’re going to ask for the taxes,” Mulvaney said. “If they don’t get what they want in the taxes, they’re going to ask for something else. It doesn’t surprise anybody.”

“They know one of the fundamental principles of the IRS is to protect the confidentiality of you and me and everybody else who files taxes. They know that,” Mulvaney said. “They know the terms under law by which the IRS can give them the documents, but political hit job is not one of those reasons.”

Separately, Mulvaney charged that Democrats suffer from “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and were “blindsided” by Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s findings that the Trump team had not colluded illegally with Russia.

Mulvaney also sounded a critical note on the 2020 Democrat presidential field, telling Hemmer “it’s fun watching them implode,” and that the party’s leading candidates seem to want to “Make America Apologize Again” on an array of issues.

Lindsey Graham and Chuck Grassley issued a blistering rebuke to the Mueller investigation and the nefarious ways the Mueller investigation was handled.

Look, we all know something was wrong from day 1 with the whole witch hunt and while Trump is in the clear, Congress must make sure this never happens again.

That this letter is just leaking now, which is curious timing and may very well spell doom for Hillary Clinton and whoever else was involved in the hoax of the century.

From Fox News: In a March 8 letter, Grassley and Graham referred Barr to a letter sent to Mueller in late 2017 that alleged his investigators had cherry-picked details from emails to include in court documents, urging him to review the materials. They also notified him that they had asked DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz a year earlier to review the original FBI probe.

“The glaring lack of [context] feeds speculation and innuendo that distorts the facts,” Grassley wrote at the time.

In their March letter to Barr, Grassley and Graham pointed specifically to emails quoted in the Statement of Offense against former Trump adviser George Papadopoulos.

That court filing said Papadopoulos emailed another campaign official in May 2016 with the subject line, “Request from Russia to meet Mr. Trump.”

The document said the email stated that Russia “has been eager to meet Mr. Trump for quite sometime and have been reaching out to me to discuss,” adding in a footnote that the official forwarded the email to another campaign official asking to discuss: “We need someone to communicate that DT is not doing these trips. It should be someone low level in the campaign so as not to send any signal.”

The senators said media outlets then seized on the fragments to report a “Campaign official suggested ‘low level’ staff should go to Russia.” However, they said the full emails — obtained from the Trump campaign — tell a different story.

“In full context, the emails in question actually show that the Trump Campaign wanted someone ‘low level’ to decline these types of invitations,” Grassley and Graham wrote in the letter to Barr.

The senators added: “Another citation was reported by some news outlets as evidence that the campaign, notably Papadopoulos and Sam Clovis, encouraged personnel to meet with the Russians.”

This line in the original court document said that a campaign supervisor (later identified as Clovis) told Papadopoulos “I would encourage you” and another adviser to “make the trip” if possible, with regard to a meeting with Russians.

The senators wrote, however, that “additional context shows that Papadopoulos had conversations with representatives from multiple governments, not just Russia, and that Clovis had opposed any trip to Russia for Mr. Trump and the campaign.”

Meanwhile, in late February of last year, Graham and Grassley also sent a letter to Horowitz requesting that his office look into “potential improper political influence, misconduct, and mismanagement” of the counterintelligence and criminal investigations into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia before Mueller’s appointment.

“The referral was based in part on materially inconsistent statements reportedly made by Christopher Steele, the author of the anti-Trump dossier funded by the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign during the 2016 presidential election,” their letter to Barr states.

It continues: “The documents we have reviewed also raise questions about the role Bruce Ohr, a senior Justice Department official whose wife worked for Fusion GPS, had in passing allegations from Steele and Fusion GPS to the FBI after the FBI had terminated Mr. Steele as a source.”

Most people don’t know that Jerry Nadler and President Trump go way back. Nadler, then known as fat jerry was a local politician and he fought Trump on nearly everything.

Trump, trying to bring jobs and prosperity to New York, hated when these low-level politicians blocked progress.

They needed to be greased to make things happen, which is why Trump holds them in such disdain.

Today, Nadler is leading the inquisition of Trump so Fox News did some digging and exposed him as another political hypocrite.

From Fox News:

House Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Doug Collins (R-Ga.) said Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) engaged in the “dictionary [definition of] hypocrisy” when he called Tuesday for the Mueller report to be released in full.

Nadler, along with fellow Democratic committee chairs Richie Neal (Mass.), Maxine Waters (Calif.), Adam Schiff (Calif.), Elijah Cummings (Md.) and Eliot Engel (N.Y.) warned the DOJ of forthcoming subpoenas for the full Mueller report on alleged Trump collusion.

“It’s amazing to see right now… when you have your dreams come crashing down,” Collins said.

Bill Hemmer played video from a 1998 PBS interview in which Nadler blasted calls for the release of then-Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr’s “Whitewater” report.

Starr had been appointed to investigate President Clinton and others in regard to an Arkansas land deal, and ended up discovering the Monica Lewinsky affair.

In the interview with Charlie Rose, Nadler said it was “a matter of decency and protecting people’s privacy rights” not to release the Whitewater report.

“It represents statements [made by witnesses] that may or may not be true… [and is] unfair to release,” he said.

Collins said that is a stark contrast to the Manhattan Democrat’s current demand to Attorney General Bill Barr.

Collins remarked that Nadler and his Democratic brethren may just be facing a “base problem” because they don’t want to tell the voters that “they don’t have anything to tear down [Donald Trump].”

The good reporters at Axios have another great scoop about Trump and the Supreme Court.

The reporters from Axios have an incredible record of getting stories right, so if they are running this you can take it to the bank.

That said, Ruth Ginsburg is still on the court, but if Trump wins the next election all bets are off. Expect the left to fight this choice harder than they did Kavanaugh.

From Axios:

As he was deliberating last year over replacing Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, President Trump told confidants he had big plans for Judge Amy Coney Barrett.

“I’m saving her for Ginsburg,” Trump said of Barrett, according to three sources familiar with the president’s private comments. Trump used that exact line with a number of people, including in a private conversation with an adviser two days before announcing Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination.

Barrett is a favorite among conservative activists, many of whom wanted her to take Kennedy’s spot.

She’s young and proudly embraces her Catholic faith. Her past academic writings suggest an openness to overturning Roe v. Wade.

Her nomination would throw gas on the culture-war fires, which Trump relishes. But Trump chose to wait.

Some Trump advisers worried Barrett’s staunch opposition to abortion rights would lose the votes of Sens. Susan Collins (R-Maine) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska). But there wasn’t consensus; some advisers argued they would ultimately “do the right thing” and vote for Barrett.

Trump came to doubt that “the women” (his shorthand for Collins and Murkowski) would support Barrett, according to sources who discussed the situation with Trump at the time.

Some of Trump’s aides also felt confident about picking up more Senate seats in the 2018 midterms (which they did), meaning a more conservative pick might stand a better chance later.

Yes, but: There’s no guarantee Trump will get another Supreme Court pick. It’s very unlikely Ginsburg will retire while he’s in office. And though she’s 86 and has had 3 bouts with cancer, she’s on the bench now and appears healthy.

Barrett isn’t a lock even if Trump does get to make another appointment, the people familiar with his thinking said.

Barrett has the inside track “in a very specific sense,” said a source who’s discussed Barrett with Trump. “She is the most known quantity right now amongst the women on the list. … And she also has the inside track in the sense that she was kind of battle-tested for having gone through a confirmation already.”

Trump famously ripped into Jeb Bush’s super PAC during the campaign and for good reason. Jeb raised over $100 million for his PAC, as he hinted he would enter the race, and when he had secured the war chest to scare off rivals, he announced his bid.

He couldn’t have raised all that money as a candidate because our laws are riddled with loopholes.

So he announced his run, and at the same time officially distanced himself from his super PAC (by appointing a long-time aide to run it).

No one bought it, but they all do it – they all get as close to the line as possible or just blur the line and do what they want. Our campaign finance laws are a joke which is why Pelosi can’t, not won’t, impeach Trump.

There is no way the American public will allow Trump to be removed from office for violating our BS campaign finance laws when Jeb Bush’s team is paying millions in fines for far worse – taking money from the Chinese.

This is a bipartisan failure – one of the guys under fire for allegedly funneling overseas money to Trump’s inauguration was a longtime Dem donor.

Foreign money is pouring into our campaigns and has been for some time, remember the Clinton/Gore Chinese cash scandal? We better figure out a way to stop it because no good can come of it. But more importantly, if a campaign finance violation is all they have on Trump, even if it is a foreign money violation not just using his own money to pay Stormey, there is no way Trump will be impeached. It would be too hypocritical, even for the swamp. Jeb’s team pays a fine but Trump gets impeached? That dog don’t hunt.

From CNN:

The Federal Election Commission fined a Chinese-owned corporation and a Jeb Bush super PAC a record amount after concluding both broke a federal law barring foreign interference in US elections.

The FEC fined the Jeb Bush super PAC Right to Rise $390,000 for soliciting a contribution from a foreign national and the American Pacific International Capital $550,000 for making the contribution, according to the settlement agreement posted online by the nonprofit Campaign Legal Center. The FEC found APIC contributed $1.3 million to Right to Rise.

“Today’s action is a rare and remarkable step by the FEC, and a reminder that safeguarding our elections against foreign interference is in America’s vital national security interests,” the president of CLC, Trevor Potter, is quoted saying in a news release. Potter is the former commissioner and chairman of the FEC.

“Right to Rise conciliated this matter to avoid costly litigation and appreciates the commission’s recognition of its extensive compliance efforts,” Charlie Spies, the counsel to Right to Rise, told CNN.

The levies are the largest FEC fine since the Supreme Court’s decision in the Citizens United v. FEC case in 2010, according to CLC. The high court’s decision paved the way for the creation of super PACs like Right to Rise and allowed corporations and labor unions to spend an unlimited amount advocating for or against political candidates.

It’s the third highest fine in the history of the FEC, according to the CLC.
