The liberal comedienne has also suggested that President Trump is responsible for the death of George Floyd.

Joy Behar, co-host of “The View,” offered a quasi-apology after calling the president of the United States a “domestic terrorist.”

Behar took issue with a tweet by President Donald Trump, in which he called anarchists who have taken over a six-block area in Seattle they dubbed the “Capital Hill Autonomous Zone,” the very same phrase. These criminals have enlisted armed guards to control access to the zone, and there have been reports that businesses within the area are being required to pay a fee to continue operation. In other words, they’re terrorizing the city.

“Domestic terrorists have taken over Seattle, run by Radical Left Democrats, of course,” Trump wrote. “Law [and] order!” Behar essentially replied by saying the president is the real domestic terrorist.

While anarchists have taken over a significant swath of a major city that they call a “police-free zone” —which is a fancy way of saying a criminal home base— Behar thinks she knows what the real problem is. Trump, you see, is a terrorist because he was impeached…or something. “As a matter of fact, he has the nerve to call anybody a domestic terrorist,” she said. “He’s the domestic terrorist. He’s the one who’s been impeached for obstructing justice in this country. He’s the one who has friends who are in jail.”

Behar proceeded to rattle off three names of “friends” of Trump’s that are in jail, all three of whom are not currently in jail, and one who was completely exonerated: General Michael Flynn.

Behar gave a half-hearted attempt at an apology, saying she’ll have to take back her comments because, unlike the president, she holds herself accountable. “Um…yeah, I guess,” Behar replied when co-host Whoopi Goldberg asked if she would like to clarify. Then, just when you thought her comments couldn’t get any more idiotic…they did. “I mean, I’m not calling anybody names like he does,” she said after calling him a name. “It’s just that it seems ironic that he would be calling people domestic terrorists.”

“I mean, I’ll get in trouble for calling him a domestic terrorist—he won’t get in trouble for calling innocent people domestic terrorists,” added Behar. “That’s the irony of this conversation—so I take it back, I take it back.”

The issue seems to be Behar’s fundamental misunderstanding that armed anarchists taking over a city, chasing out a police precinct, and extorting businesses, do not equate to “innocent people.” The liberal comedienne has also suggested that President Trump is responsible for the death of George Floyd, whose murder at the hands of a few rogue Minneapolis police officers actually led to the riots and domestic terrorist uprisings we’re seeing in Seattle.

“All the more reason why federal officials with nothing to fear must step in and find the facts.”

New York Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo dismissed questions regarding a nursing home scandal in his state, saying “nobody” can be prosecuted for those coronavirus deaths because “older people…are going to die from this crisis.”

Governor Cuomo, despite being a media darling held up as an example of how to handle the pandemic, issued an order directing nursing homes to take in patients that had the highly contagious coronavirus.

“No resident shall be denied readmission or admission to NH solely based on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19,” the order from March 25th reads. Cuomo failed to reverse this directive for six weeks.

It was a curious move, to say the least, considering the most vulnerable population has been the elderly. This particular action contributed to over 5,400 known deaths in New York nursing homes at this time. “What would you say to families who have suffered losses inside nursing homes?” one reporter asked the Democrat governor. “And they’re looking for accountability. And they’d like to see justice.”

In an incredibly cold and callous reply, Cuomo snapped at the reporter for asking about grieving families seeking justice, insisting “nobody” would be prosecuted for the nursing home deaths. “What is justice? Who can we prosecute for those deaths? Nobody. Nobody,” he rationalized. “Mother nature? God? Where did this virus come from? People are going to die by this virus.”

One could reasonably point the finger at the governor himself. Syracuse.com reports that “New York policy allowed nursing homes to accept positive Covid-19 patients back into nursing homes, some of which were not routinely testing staff and residents.”

Shrugs Off Older People Dying

Cuomo went on to defend his actions by saying he was trying to keep the hospital systems from being overwhelmed, a prediction that never came to fruition. “Nobody was deprived of a bed or medical coverage in any way,” he insisted. “And still people died. Still, people died.”

“Older people, vulnerable people are going to die from this virus. That is going to happen despite whatever you do,” he continued. “Because with all our progress as a society, we can’t keep everyone alive.”

Imagine if Trump Had Said This

The media initiated a full-on blitzkrieg when President Trump and GOP lawmakers began suggesting the economy should be opened back up in America. They were accused of wanting to see senior citizens die. To illustrate, here’s MSNBC‘s Joe Scarborough accusing Republicans seeking to rescue the American economy of wanting to “euthanize” senior citizens:

Where is Scarborough today regarding Cuomo’s blossoming scandal? Where is Mika Brzezinski nodding along with him in agreement, calling it “insanity”?

The New York Post explains Cuomo’s deadly actions and suggests people won’t speak up because they fear repercussions from the governor:

Nursing-home executives, meanwhile, complain privately that Cuomo should have known his mandate would be a killer, but they were never consulted and got no notice before being swamped with infected patients. As one owner put it, long-time residents began “dropping like flies” soon afterward.

These same executives will not go public with their complaints because they fear Cuomo will punish them with fines and take their licenses.

Last week, conservative actor James Woods lambasted Cuomo over the nursing home scandal, spreading the hashtag #KillerCuomo. “#KillerCuomo ruthlessly seeded vulnerable nursing homes with virus-ridden COVID19 carriers,” he wrote. “He undoubtedly would have catapulted plague-ridden corpses over castle walls during the Black Death and done so without moral compunction.”

The Post, meanwhile, suggests: “All the more reason why federal officials with nothing to fear must step in and find the facts. A designated US attorney…could use a grand jury to demand answers about why so many elderly people were put in harm’s way despite the warnings and simple common sense.” Let them decide who is or isn’t prosecuted. Not Cuomo.

A recent survey by Rasmussen indicates Americans support the idea of “making China pay.”

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) suggests the United States should “demand reparations” from China for their role in creating an economic crisis due to the coronavirus.

The congressman’s comments mark another salvo in the heated rhetoric between the United States and China over responsibility for an epidemic that started in the city of Wuhan.

Banks took to social media and an appearance with Fox News host Tucker Carlson in which they discussed “how we can begin to demand reparations from Communist [China] for putting us through the economic strain of [the coronavirus].”

Demand They Pay the Burden

The Republican lawmaker told Carlson, “We need to start by forcing China to pay the burden and the cost incurred on the United States of America due to the coronavirus.”

Banks explained that there are a variety of measures President Trump can take in order to make them pay for the Chinese virus, including tariffs and a forced release of U.S. debt.

“I have no doubt that President Trump will do everything that he can to hold China accountable for what they’ve caused on Americans today,” he said.

Banks went on to explain the many mistakes China made in dealing with the crisis created within its own borders.

“By refusing to let CDC come to China and study the new virus, by lying to their citizens and saying the virus wasn’t transmitted by person to person contact when they knew the opposite was true, National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien has said this cost the world two months in preparation time for this virus,” Banks told Breitbart News.

He added, “China needs to pay up.” Finally, reparations all Americans can get behind.

Americans Agree

A recent survey by Rasmussen indicates Americans support the idea of “making China pay.”

“42 percent of likely U.S. voters think China should help pay at least some of the financial costs that have resulted from the global transmission of the coronavirus which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan,” the polling firm reports. Just 36 percent disagreed with the idea.

For those 36 percent who don’t think the president should hold China accountable, we offer this report from Fox News:

In an article in Xinhua, the state-run media agency that’s largely considered the mouthpiece of the party, Beijing bragged about its handling of COVID-19, a virus that originated in the city of Wuhan and has spread quickly around the world, killing nearly 5,000 people and infecting thousands more. The article also claimed that China could impose pharmaceutical export controls which would plunge America into “the mighty sea of coronavirus.”

China’s rhetoric is all you need to know about how the communist nation would be handling this if the United States were to blame.

Speaking at a conference on Thursday, CNN personality Don Lemon openly wondered how long he could continue in his current job, blaming supporters of President Donald Trump for a toxic political environment.

Because, you know, the current political climate had nothing to do with eight years of Barack Obama, his supporters, and the media declaring that all conservatives with different viewpoints have to be racist.

Nope. It’s all Trump’s fault.

Lemon, whom Trump has labeled the “dumbest man on television,” said the president’s mean words “take a toll on me, on my privacy and safety and security, and the safety and security of my family.”

“I don’t know if it’s worth this level of toxicity,” he told the crowd at the Financial Times’ Future of News conference in New York City. “I’m 10 years older than when he rode down the escalator in July 2015,” Lemon then joked.

Lemon also relayed a particularly alarming encounter in which he alleges someone came up to him in a park and said, “We built this country. I can’t wait for CNN to fire your black a**, you ******.”

Absolutely reprehensible.

It’s worth noting, however, that if a Trump supporter ever alleged a liberal had harassed him in a park, CNN would have conducted an investigation and “fact check” on the story, then doxxed the victim. Wonder if they’ll look into Lemon’s claims with a little more scrutiny?

Will he move on? “I wonder how long I will continue to do this particular job in the way I do it,” Lemon lamented — but he did add the disclaimer, “It ain’t easy, but I don’t plan to give up.”

Ever the warrior.

The CNN host later appeared on Chris Cuomo’s show and said his own words at the conference were, well … fake news.

“I’m not going anywhere,” he said. “I love being here ever single night … don’t believe the headlines.”

Lemon wonders how long he can do what he’s doing, complains Trump supporters have made his life miserable, references “this particular job” — then whines that the media are spreading false rumors about his wanting to leave.

You spread them yourself, Don.

Lemon may want to consider the tale of those “in glass houses,” in our view, when it comes to blaming the president for a toxic environment. We don’t condone the harassment, but Lemon has certainly made some toxic remarks of his own over the years.

Lemon’s track record:

“Don Lemon is a lightweight — dumb as a rock,” the president wrote in August 2016.

Lemon is now a hypocrite as well, urging leftists to harass Republicans and making racist comments against Trump supporters — then complaining when he gets harassed and hit with racist comments.

Maybe it is time to move on, Don.

‘They wanted to use these people to attack’ America

A study published in Homeland Security Today reveals an ISIS plot to send terrorists through the U.S.-Mexico border by taking advantage of smuggling and migration routes.

The report references an ISIS fighter named Abu Henricki (whose name was changed in the report). He’s a Canadian citizen with dual citizenship with Trinidad and was captured in Syria in early May.

The International Center for the Study of Violent Extremism (ICSVE) interviewed Henricki and discovered that ISIS planned to have terrorists travel from Syria to Central America — and then infiltrate America through the southern border.

“The plan came from someone from the New Jersey state of America,” he explained. “I was going to take the boat from Puerto Rico into Mexico. He was going to smuggle me in.”

“They wanted to use these people [to attack inside the U.S.] because they were from these areas,” Henricki added.

The researchers note that while past numbers estimating terrorists coming in through the border are debatable, the uncovered plot should be troubling to everyone.

“Whatever one thinks of President Donald Trump’s heightened rhetoric about the U.S.-Mexico border and his many claims that it is vulnerable to terrorists, ISIS apparently also thought so, as knowledge of this ISIS plot came from the mouth of a now-repentant ISIS cadre,” they write.

Here is the interview with the captured fighter …

In January, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told then-Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen that “I reject your facts” about the terror threat at the southern border.

The biggest point of contention for Pelosi was an unwillingness to accept the fact that terrorists with ill intent for American citizens may be trying to enter the country.

“I reject your facts,” Pelosi said, ignorantly dismissing the secretary.

“These aren’t my facts,” Nielsen fired back. “These are the facts.”

Will Pelosi, Democrats, and the media finally admit to the threat?

Nielsen was explaining to lawmakers at the time that border officials had apprehended 17,000 criminals the previous year, including 3,000 people with terrorist ties.

The New York Times editorial board wrote a column shockingly demanding that Congress give President Trump the money he is requesting for border security. Even then, they claimed there’s “no invasion of murderers, drug cartels or terrorists.”

Will Pelosi, Democrats, and the media finally admit to the threat?

Build the wall. Henricki said that, while he wasn’t privy to every detail of the plot, he assumed it would involve a “bombing mission” with the aim of taking out financial targets in New York.

The researchers noted that this interview “demonstrate(s) that ISIS has discussed and operationalized ways in which their operatives could infiltrate our borders and cause harm to our citizens.”

Of Trump’s concerns at the border, they conclude “it would be erroneous — and detrimental to our safety and security — to outright downplay the potential terrorist threats emanating from our borders.”
