Trump Tells the UN to Shove Their Climate Report — And the Numbers Prove He's Right

President Trump went absolutely nuclear on the United Nations this weekend after their top climate committee quietly admitted that its most extreme climate projections were dead wrong. Trump took to Truth Social with the restraint of a man who has been vindicated after 15 years of being called a "climate denier," and honestly? He earned this one.

The globalists spent a decade and a half screaming that we were all going to burn alive, and now their own scientists are saying, "Yeah, about that..." Whoops.

Here's what happened. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change — that's the IPCC, the UN's supposedly untouchable climate authority — finally retired its most catastrophic emissions scenario, known as RCP 8.5. This was the big one. The doomsday model. The projection that assumed humanity would just double its fossil fuel burning with zero emission limits forever, and that was used to justify every green energy boondoggle, every Paris Agreement lecture, and every time some blue-haired activist glued herself to a highway.

Even the Washington Post acknowledged that the RCP 8.5 projections "have become implausible." Let that sink in. The Washington Post — not exactly a right-wing rag — is admitting the climate doom model was bunk.

Trump's response on Truth Social was vintage counter-puncher: "GOOD RIDDANCE! After 15 years of Dumocrats promising that 'Climate Change' is going to destroy the Planet, the United Nations TOP Climate Committee just admitted that its own projections (RCP8.5) were WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! For far too long Climate Activism has been used by Dumocrats to scare Americans, push horrible Energy Polices, and fund BILLIONS into their bogus research programs."

All caps and creative spelling aside, the man has a point. Not the Bee summed it up perfectly — the UN's climate demands would cripple American industry, and the very model they used to justify those demands just got thrown in the trash by their own people.

Think about how much money — billions upon billions of taxpayer dollars — was funneled into research grants, green energy subsidies, and international climate slush funds based on this single worst-case scenario. Think about how many American energy jobs were killed, how many pipelines were blocked, how many regulations were stacked on top of each other, all because "the science" said RCP 8.5 was our future.

The science was wrong. Their own committee says so now.

And what did Trump do while the climate establishment was busy cooking the books? He pulled us out of the Paris Agreement. He unleashed American energy production. He told the globalists at Davos that we weren't going to destroy our economy to appease their models. They called him ignorant. They called him dangerous.

Turns out he was just early.

This is what real leadership looks like. You don't wait for the UN to admit they were wrong — you act on common sense while they're still peddling fear. Every Democrat who spent the last 15 years calling us science deniers owes this country an apology. They won't give one, of course. They'll just quietly move the goalposts to whatever the next crisis model says.

But we'll remember. And so will the workers in the oil fields, the coal towns, and the pipeline corridors who were told their livelihoods didn't matter because a UN computer model said the planet was doomed. The planet's fine. American energy is back. And the UN can take their next report and file it where the sun doesn't shine — which, according to their old models, was everywhere by now, as reported by Not the Bee.
